Upload pictures via email?
It would be a workaround for non-flash devices and allow users from around the world to upload photos without using international numbers needed for SMS.
1 voteIf by non-flash devices you are referring to Apple devices like iPhones and iPads, then In fact we will soon support uploads from those!
Are there other devices for which a workaround like email might be needed? Currently we’re not aware of any popular devices like that, but might consider that if there are some…

Twitter
Twitter - be great to be able to show our Twitter feed on our Cycology page.
2 votesWe currently allow you to link a Cycology Page (or your own personal Cycology account) with a Twitter account.
A link to your Twitter account is then added to your profile (under ‘links’) and of course this also allows you to login using Twitter (in the case of a personal Cycology account) and to post Cycology updates to Twitter (in the case of both personal Cycology accounts, and Cycology Pages).
That means any Cycology update you post can also be automatically posted on Twitter, so maybe we do what you are looking for already?
If by ‘our feed’, you mean the feed of tweets from those you follow (rather than your own tweets), then that is an interesting idea, but then Cycology would essentially just be a Twitter client, and you’d be looking at non-cycling tweets on our website, and that isn’t really something we’d want to develop.
If I’ve…

Members-only content for cycling clubs
Hi it would be a great feature if we could add members of our cycling club so they can only view certain messages private club stuff so we could use it like a notice board for members and non members with different level of access.
1 voteYou are reading our mind (or we’re reading yours, or something…)!
We want to allow a club to designate certain content as available to a vetted group only. For example the Discussions App (have you found that yet? Click ‘edit settings’ in the club profile) might be for club members only, while anyone might be able to come to view the Page, post messages (e.g. ‘how do I join?’) etc.
We are also thinking of integrating PayPal, so that to have access to this members-only content, you must have an active subscription – this would allow clubs to optionally also use this to manage their subs… Would that be of interest to you too, or just the members-only access?
In the meantime, you can make content visible only to followers of your club using the privacy settings (again, visit ‘edit settings’), but that may not be sufficient for what you…

Yes, this is definitely needed, and is currently in the works – we don’t yet have an ETA unfortunately, but we’ll update this article when we do!
Quick update – this will be part of a wider site upgrade soon (hopefully before Christmas), and in the meantime, we have added ‘Like’ buttons to the site. Currently these display Facebook, Pinterest, Tweet and Google +1 buttons. When the site is updated this button will allow you to ‘like’ on Cycology itself…

Cycology 'Like' button?
Are you going to have a like button we can place on our site, to allow people to share our content on Cycology?
2 votesWas maybe, now definitely… Hopefully soon after Christmas this will be available. A like button on Cycology itself should be available before Christmas, and a temporary solution has just gone live on the site.
As well as allowing Cycology users to +1 / like / share an item located on Cycology itself, we will also be looking at the possibility of a Cycology button that can be added to your own site or blog, in the same way many sites use Facebook Like, Twitter Tweet or Google +1 buttons.
We’d be interested to hear any thoughts on this…
The benefit of a Cycology ‘like’ / ‘+1’ / share would be approval specifically from cyclists, which would have carry greater weight than a like, tweet or +1 if your content or product is aimed at cyclists. And of course your website content would also be shared by the user amongst their…

Posting to Google+
I'd like to be able to post to my Google+ account as well as Facebook and Twitter
3 votesCurrently we enable you to use One-Click Login with Google+, but not One-Click Updates.
This is because the Google+ API is still frustratingly limited, and does not yet allow 3rd-party sites to post updates into your stream.
We are ready to move quickly when they do allow this, but for the time being we must be patient. Google+ has provided no timescale for enabling this, nor have they 100% confirmed it will happen, though it seems hard to believe they will not enable this at some point (and they appear to be testing it with a handful of very large sites).

Cycology badge for our website
We'd like to link to our Cycology Page from our website, is there a badge like the one Google Plus has that we can use?
2 votesNot yet, but we will be making available an HTML/javascript snippet that you can add to your site or blog to highlight your own, or your Cycology Page’s profile on Cycology. Your visitors can then follow you on Cycology to be regularly updated.
Using this in conjunction with our RSS feed feature for Cycology Pages means you can turn visitors into subscribers!
In the meantime, please feel free to use our logos if you’d like to link to your profile, or use a simple link…
